1. Local support and logistics arrangement for the elderly parents of the NRIs living in various parts of Tamilnadu, as and when required.


2. Overseeing and monitoring of the property of NRI Brahmins within the state of Tamilnadu on specific request.


3. Provide Safety / Security arrangements as well as Repairs & Maintenance to the Houses, Flats of NRI parents as required.


4. To arrange for renting of the houses/flats of the NRIs, collect the rental amounts and remit them in the instructed bank accounts of the NRIs or their parents or relatives.


5. Arrange to resolve the problems that arise with regard to the ownership and/or the possession of the properties of the NRIs.


6. Providing the required support for Buying and Selling of the properties of NRI Brahmins on specific needs.


7. Make arrangements as well as co-ordination with the persons concerned for the temples visit of the NRIs in the state of Tamilnadu.


8. Provide Apara Karya services for the close relatives and parents of NRIs (including Prohit, Van Arrangements at the Crematorium and also for subsequent days Nithya vidhis at Gnanavapi etc).


9. Arrange hospital treatment for the parents of the NRI Brahmins by co-ordinating with the respective Hospitals as directed by the NRIs. Also provide an attendant if needed.


10. Provide Blood donors especially for Negative Groups to the parents and close relatives of NRI Brahmins, if required.


11. Co-ordinate and arrange the various services required for NRI Brahmins in other States of India through All India Brahmin Federation (AIBF), in which Thambraas is affiliated.


12. To liaise and interact with the Departments of Tamilnadu Government and Central Government, to resolve any pending issues for the NRI Brahmins.


13. We undertake to conduct marriages for the NRI Brahmins for their children on a total package basis on specific request.


14. We encourage and assist NRI Brahmins to buy back their Agraharam properties, if any.


15. We provide Vedic, Purohit and catering services to the visiting NRI Brahmins as required.


16. We provide screening services in a confidential manner to NRI Brahmins in respect of matrimony and other areas. All services mentioned above are currently being availed by only a few NRIs, apparently many are not aware of the services provided by Thambraas.
